Sir Jimmy Savile’s scandalous documentary broadcast last night

Hours before his documentary which contained detailed testimonies of women who claim they were sexually abused by Sir Jimmy Savile when they were schoolgirls was broadcast, Jimmy Savile’s circular gold plaque in Scarborough was tainted by the words “rapist” and “paedophile”.

The plaque, which was outside a flat in Scarborough, read: “Sir Jimmy Savile OBE KCSH 1926 - 2011 Entertainer and Philanthropist lived here”. Before the plaque was removed, the words “rapist” and “paedophile” were marked in black ink in a graffiti attack.

A number of alleged victims were interviewed as part of the documentary aired last night amid growing allegations against the late Top of the Pops host.

In the documentary which was broadcast last night, alleged victims gave their historic accounts which detailed how Jimmy Savile took advantage of girls in his BBC dressing room and private Rolls Royce. These accounts were shown after Surrey Police confirmed it had referred a historic rape allegation against Jimmy Savile to Scotland Yard.

In the documentary titled “Exposed: The Other Side of Jimmy Savile”, a total of five women claimed they were indecently assaulted by Jimmy Savile when they were schoolgirls in the late 1960s and 1970s. Two of the alleged victims said they first had sexual relations with him when they were 15, with many of the indecent acts taking place in his dressing room at BBC television centre.

The first woman, who wished to remain anonymous, said she lost her virginity when she was raped by Sir Jimmy at the age of 16. She described how she first met the star a year earlier on the set of Top of the Pops and was invited into his dressing room where Sir Jimmy touched her “intimately” under her skirt.

The documentary showed other woman giving similar accounts of their horrifying experiences with Jimmy Savile.

What an evil monster. Strip him of his knighthood, throw his coffin in a skip. The less I hear about this rapist the better.
