Premier league transfer news suggest that top clubs are weighing their options in financial terms. In Chelsea transfer news, the Blues are reported to cool their heels in the pursuit of Atletico Madrid striker, Radamel Falco and are looking for more feasible options. The striker is on sale for at least a price of Â£46 million.
