Premier League transfers continue to provide exciting possibilities

Premier League transfer news is abuzz with Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal and Man U transfer stories. In Arsenal transfer news, Arsene Wenger is looking to replace the void left by Robie Van Persie despite contrary belief that Olivier Giroud was the replacement.
